Wonton Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 15 oz wonton noodles (fresh, unsteamed)
- 30 wontons (can be frozen or fresh)
- 12 oz bok choy
- 1 piece green onion
- 8 pieces shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 14 oz chicken broth
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 0.25 white pepper
Instructions
- Prepare noodles by dunking half in boiled water for 1 minute, dunking it in cold water for 1 minute, and return to boiled water for 15-20 seconds.
- Drizzle olive oil and mix noodles.
- Repeat with other half of noodles and set aside.
- Prepare broth by boiling water, chicken broth, olive oil, and salt.
- Wash and cut bok choy and add to broth. Cover pot for 1-2 minutes.
- Add fish sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper.
- Take out bok choy and add shrimp. Cook for 1 minute.
- Cook wontons according to package if frozen or boil for 3-5 minutes if fresh.
- Plate.
